Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please contact us through the details provided below before sending any product back.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product is defective or not functioning properly
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items or accessories in the package

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
• Opened, used, or physically damaged products caused by the customer
• Software, activation keys, or downloadable digital products
• Customized PC builds or specially configured systems
• Clearance sale or non-returnable promotional items

4. Refund Policy

Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

If the return is approved after inspection:

• A replacement may be issued, or
• A full/partial refund will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Charges

A cancellation fee of 2.5% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.

7. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by the company.
• If the return request is made for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
