Warranty Policy

Brain Tech PC operated by Nishi Infotek LLP  provides warranty support based on the warranty terms offered by the manufacturer or applicable build/service warranty.

For branded components such as processors, motherboards, monitors, RAM, SSDs, graphics cards, power supplies, and accessories, warranty coverage is provided as per the respective brand/manufacturer policy.

For custom PC builds, warranty support depends on the individual components used in the build. Physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, misuse, unauthorized repair, and burned components are not covered.
