Defective Products Only

Eligibility

We only accept returns for products that are Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind," dislike of the product, or compatibility issues if the product is otherwise functional.

You must report the issue and initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

Since we do not use an automated return portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us or call/WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos/video of the defect.
  2. Verification
    Our technical team will review your evidence.
  3. Approval
    If the defect is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

For Defective/Wrong Items: We will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer-Initiated Returns: If a return is accepted for any reason other than a defect (at our sole discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
