Order Processing Time Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Note: Custom PC builds may require an additional 2-4 days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders

Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Couriers We Use

We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc. to ensure safe delivery of your computer components.

Damages Brain Tech PC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.Note: We recommend recording an unboxing video to support any claims regarding physical damage.
